My inspiration comes from Zhongshan sixth road. Zhongshan sixth road is a street with a long history. Under the arcade is a small shop selling daily necessities or second-hand clothes. Cheap prices and disorderly goods make there are two kinds of people who can’t live without them – the elderly who live by selling these goods and the young who need to live at a low cost. Their dependence on goods reminds me of fetishism, so I create a series of shapes inspired by the living conditions of two people and these disorderly goods
