这个项目的灵感来自于我去黄边村做调查的时候，我发现那里的老人几乎是相依为命，他们感到孤独。他们缺乏子女的陪伴，在这个快速发展的信息时代，他们常常被世界遗忘。但一项大的统计显示，拥有一只狗有助于老人的身心健康，减少孤独感。所以我提取了狗被驯服时的坐姿来发展我的想法，因为我认为这个动作意味着忠诚。我添加了许多功能来模拟狗的个性，使用户能够真正感受到温暖，治愈他们的心，确保安全。

The inspiration for this project came when I went to Huangbian Village to do research, I found elderly in there almost live along, they feel loneliness. They lack the company of their children and are often forgotten by the world in this fast-moving information age. But a big statistic shows that owning a dog helps elderly’s physical and mental health and reduces loneliness. So I extracted the sitting position of dogs when they were tamed to develop my idea, because I think this movement means loyalty. Moreover, on this cane I added many functions to simulate the dog’s personality so that users can really feel warm, healed their heart and make sure be safe.
